Only 20 minutes from Adelaide and within walking distance to Hahndorf's Main Street, this picturesque retreat offers the perfect location to discover Hahndorf & the Adelaide Hills, enjoy the resort's many fun activities or just relax.
You’ll have use of the spacious Adelaide Hills Convention Centre from 7am to Midnight daily, Breakfast, Morning Tea and Lunch supplied each day, access to the latest Papercraft Supplies in our exclusive onsite Scrapbook Store PLUS a generous Thank You Gift!
Your accommodation at the award-winning Hahndorf Resort is second to none in super comfortable cabins or the unique houses on site at the resort.
So here are a few of the questions we have been asked over the last few days ...
How much is it?
The event is $430.00 and includes all your accommodation. There is a $95 non-refundable deposit.
Is there a day pass option?
Yep - $275.00
Can I do a Payment Plan?
Absolutely. Just get in touch.
How do I book?

When does it start?
The retreat starts 9am Friday until 5pm Sunday and you have access to the Crop Room each day between 7am and Midnight so plenty of crafting hours!
Are meals included?
Your Cabin has a kitchenette and a light breakfast will be supplied in your cabin but you are welcome to bring your own. Morning Tea and Lunch is supplied each day. Your dinner Friday and Saturday is up to you. Being in the beautiful Adelaide Hills and a stones throw from Hahndorf, you could pop into the gorgeous German Arms Hotel for a Cider & a Pretzel or maybe use the delightful onsite restaurant or if you are keen, you can use your kitchenette to whip up a meal! We left the options up to you.
Can I have a room to myself?
Of course you can for just a little extra. The accommodation included in the event is a great little two bedroom cabin so you will have your own room and share a common bathroom and lounge. If you are wanting a cabin all to yourself or are bringing the husband to carry your bags then it will be an additional $180.00. The cabins are lovely and if you are traveling alone, we will pair you up with someone who is equally as awesome. You wont need to bring linen or towels - just your crafting supplies.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The $95 deposit is non-refundable. If Natalie May Scrapbooking cancels the event, your booking will transfer to a new date. If you cancel due to sickness or change of mind within 30 days of the event, all monies will be forfeited.
Covid ... What about bloody Covid?
We are following SA Government Regulations for this event and will take all relevant procurations and follow all applicable procedures. If you cannot travel between your home state and South Australia due to Government restrictions, then you will be refunded all monies paid to Natalie May Scrapbooking with the exception of a $50 admin fee. We just gotta take that risk!
But I don't do Scrapbooking?
Thats ok ... you do whatever makes you happy! There will be Card Makers, Scrapbookers, Mixed Media Creators, Art Journalers, Quilters and Procrastinators ... but we are all Crafters!
What will I do at Retreat?
Make pretty things and be crafty! You are encouraged to create your own projects and enjoy some crafting time! Closer to the date, Natalie may release some mini classes which might suit you but there will be kits available to purchase from the Onsite Shop and Natalie will be on hand to help you if needed.
What if I dont know anyone?
Well thats the best way to meet new people! We are all likeminded creatives and Natalie and the team will pair you up on a table with someone who is in the same position as you!
Do I need to bring all my supplies?
No of course not but bring what you need to create with. If you are coming with a friend, chat with them so you dont double up on supplies. There will be an Onsite Scrapbooking Store to tempt you and help you out if you need something. Cash & Credit Card facilities will be available.
Are you doing a retreat in Victor Harbor again?
No - this event is replacing the little one we did in previous years.
