It's still really HOT!

Another 40+ day!

So I scrapped - but I can only show you sneak peeks!

This is a BOY page! I never do Boy pages but due to popular demand - and I am so happy with it! I'm teaching it on Thursday 19th of Feb at 7pm! 8277 1298 to book in.

And this is a Bazzill and Acetate book I'm teaching on Tuesday 24th Feb at 10am. This is sooo cute and would make a great little brag book!
Other than that - it's too hot to do anything else!

I've been tagged!

Bit different this time but very effective!!

Louise tagged me!

You may have seen it on your blog surfing but it goes like this;

1. Go to the section of your computer where you store all of your photos.
2. Select the 6th folder.
3. Select the 6th photo from that folder.
4. Post and explain about that picture.
5. Tag 6 other people.

Here is my picture!
It was take on December 29th at a little duck pond down the road that has a beautiful path all the way around it! Not much to look at when you drive past but take the time to wander through and be surprised at the beauty! Jess was the perfect model for the morning and the results are beautiful!

OK...

I now tag...

HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!

Jessica and McKenzie did a scrapbook class with Jane last Thursday.

The girls had so much fun although it was really difficult to not "help" them, the results are fantastic!

Also, here is a sneak peek of my Acrylic Album I am doing in February. I am super pleased with the results and cant wait to teach it! Call the shop on 8277 1298 to book in.

Here are the pages of the last three classes that I have taught in the shop.

They are all really easy ones aimed at beginners to advanced scrappers and the classes went really well!

The Boolm and Natural beauty pages use Kaiser products and I love how they turned out!

And this page of Trev has a little embossing and uses Dream Street Papers.

I had a wonderful morning yesterday meeting Sonia. She is just as amazing in person and I felt like I have known her forever! Wish we could have had a day together scrapping but maybe next time!

Well, I'm off to make cupcakes for Miss Jess to take for afternoon tea!

I'm off to meet Sonia today! Through the Essential Baby web site, I have come to be friends with a wonderful bunch of women from all over Australia. We are spread far and wide but we all have an amazing connection and know the ins and outs of each others lives. Well, Sonia is in town and we could not miss the opportunity to catch up so stay tuned for pics! I'm a bit excited!

Here are a few more cards too!

It has been a busy few days and I have not had much time to even check in on my blog let alone update it! Sorry bout that! Have been out socializing and still being a little bit festive! ;)

My classes have stared up again at the shop and I have been having so much fun teaching again! I will photograph the latest pages soon and post them!

My sister celebrated her 40th Birthday last week too so here are some pics of her and Miss Jess and also Jess and my mum! And Jess running around the garden at Helen's!

I also did a challenge for White with 1 last week -
White - dominant colour
with 1 - Turquoise
with 1 - Flourishes

Jessica has decided that she does not need floaties in the pool anymore and can swim like a big girl which has been fantastic to watch but a little scary! Will be back up to the pool later in the week so will take some photos then.

I also got an order in for 60 cards last week so I will upload a few a day to show you what I have doing!
I have to apologize about the crappy pictures but I took them late at night before I dropped them off to my customer!

Well, Adelaide is going to reach 41 degrees today! Too bloody hot to do anything!

So, I'm off to watch a couple of movies with Miss Jessica and try to stay cool!

Also, I am having a catalogue party with Stampin Up at the moment which basically means you can place an order without actually going to a party so if you want any fabulous stamps, throw me an email ... natm@esc.net.au and I'll place the order for you! Too easy! Orders in by 25th Jan - delivery about 10 days later!

Link to the catalogues is HERE

Ok finally I have the time to update about our Christmas!

Christmas Eve we had tea here for 12 which was just fantastic. I love Christmas in our house. So much colour and noise and laughing. Mark and Wendy came over plus a few others and it ended up being a rather late and "happy" occasion.

Christmas morning, Jess came and jumped into bed with us about 7am before racing into the lounge room to see what the fat man had delivered for her! Every gift was checked out and analysed before putting it aside and she was thrilled with it all. Trev and I gave her a Nintendo DS and she has not put it down! Off to lunch at the in laws which was nice. The kids had a ball and spent most of the afternoon in Nana & Pop's pool. Jess recieved a great assortment of gifts from beautiful dresses, everything with High School Musical 3 written on it, books, puzzles, games and more clothes. The afternoon saw us heading down to Kerry and Chris' house for tea which finished off the day beautifully. The twins are just delightful at the moment and Tarran and Jess played together quite well.

Boxing Day was very quiet as Trev started his week of night shift so this gave me the oppotunity to pop the tressle up in the lounge room and stay up until all hours scrapping!

Saturday morning was McKenzie's 7th Birthday Party followed by a quiet afternoon and Sunday was Patrick's 5th Birthday Party. WOW! Patty's party ended up being quite an afternoon. Nicci had arranged for a guy to bring some animals. Jessica held a snake which she thought was pretty cool and gave a baby croc a pat. I consumed a little too much champange and eneded up being rather tipsy! After about 6 hours of drinking, Jessica and I walked home - a little further than I first thought but we made it!

Before the party on Sunday I took Jess for a drive to the local duck pond and took some picture for future scrap projects! She was so co-operative and did a fantastic job of following instructions. I posted a few pics in an earlier post but here is a collage of my favourites.

The rest of the week has been pretty quiet. With Trev being on night shift, it is difficult to do much so Jess and I have been shopping and out visiting.

New Years Eve was spent down at Aldinga Beach with my best friends, Sharon and Tana and their families and it was great. The kids played well, the adults chatted and laughed and there were heaps of fireworks all around the area so that kept the kids happy! Not too late home but we all slept in til about 10.30am yesterday - including happydaks!

So that wraps up the festive season. Life is back to normal nearly.

Another year gone and a new one is starting.

I cant wait!
