Neon love

I dont know about you but I LOVE the new Neon Grafitti set designed by Limor Webber.

It's bright - It's punchy and It's freaking AWESOME!

The set was the perfect combination of colors for this layout I created of Miss Happydaks!

This photo was taken some years ago and the bright yellow 

Canola flowers were the ideal match for Luminous Lemon!

I kept the background simple by adding a little Golden Light Modeling Paste then 

dabbed on the color using a combination of a wide brush and my finger! Some splatters of Sidewalk Chalk over the whole project completed the background!

I used Imaginarium Designs chipboard leaves, chevrons and words and they are colored with layers of mist then I added a little gold leafing for additional detail!

To color the flowers, I started out with some white flowers, lightly misted them with water then added color to each petal using a brush - I love the way the color blooms down each petal - it leaves a lovely, soft finish.
