OMG!!!! Seriously!

Hi there
Today I'm sharing a fun and bright page using the February Challenge Set from Lindys Stamp Gang!

LOVE this bright color combination and I had it in my mind that I wanted to
keep it bright and punchy for a layout!

Here are a few simple steps to creating this layout!

I started by coating my Studio Calico paper in Clear Gesso - I did this so that all of the
color I was going to add did not soak in to the paper - I wanted it to sit on top
and blend together a little!
I then ruled a small grid using a Black water soluble pencil and added a
little stamping in a few of the squares
Then using a small paint brush, I dipped it directly into the bottles of
Hootie Patottie Hot Pink, Jazzy Jivin Purple & Tears on my Pillow Tangerine
and painted direct to each square being careful to not go near the black pencil.
I used a decent amount of color on my brush so that it pooled a little and added
one color on top of the other so that it blended a little better
Once I had colored all my squares, I ran my brush up and down the black pencil
so that it dissolved into the color
The finished grid looked kinda cool!

To color the Imaginarium Designs Chipboard leaves, I used a dauber
top on my Luscious Lime and painted it on direct to the chipboard.

To add a little intensity to the chipboard, I then used Magicals with a damp brush
and added a little shading to the center leaves

I absolutely LOVING the final page and the colors are perfect for this
bunch of creative ladies I lunched with!

Thanks for stopping by and dont forget to enter the challenge to be in the draw to win!

Much Love
Natalie
