I thought I'd give "Mixed Media" a whirl so I coated the canvas in gesso, added a layer of ripped book pages, added some texture paste, gave it a sprinkle of Micro Beads then painted it with Glimmermist and Making Memories paints! For the Scrapware Natalie Frame Large, I painted it in gesso first, then gave it colour with a mixture of Glimmermist and paint then gave it a generous coat of Crackle Paint! The thin inside frame I covered with raw book pages. I think the final effect is great!
