Sorry it has been a few days between posts!

I'm back making cards for my customer. They rang me Tuesday and asked for 100 cards by Friday! OMG!! I casually asked if half would be fine by Friday and the rest to be delivered next week! Thank heavens she said yes. I delivered 40 yesterday but did not get time to photograph some first this time sorry. So this weekend, I'm making cards! Hopefully I will get my Stampin Up order today so I will have some stamps to use!

I got some new CHA09 goodies in the mail this week too. How cute are these new MAYA ROAD products. The sheers are so nice, the mini trees and the boy & girl keychains are super cute - cant wait to get the Glimmermist onto these- and the sheer birds are gorgeous!!!

On Wednesday I did Jane's class at the shop! So much fun making the Blue Awnings Book! I will add some photos to it later in the week.


What else is happening???????? Not much really. I'm in the process of selling a few of Jess' clothes on eBay which is cool cause they are bringing in some decent money! Have a looksie here...

This week I set up a blog for Jane which she is really happy with - have a look here.... (Jane is my boss and mentor at Seriously Scrapbooking) - one very talented lady whom I have enormous respect for. Thanks to Jane, my creativity has grown so much over the last 2 years - being encouraged and learning from her has been so valuable. So.... THANKYOU Miss Jane.

• Saturday 14th - 1.30pm - SEI custom album 4 pages
• Monday 16th - 7pm - Bazzill and Acetate Book - gorgeous little book - please bring 6 landscape 6x4' photos
• Thursday 19th - 7pm - Natalie's Page - details to come
• Tuesday 24th - 10am - Kids Book - will be repeating in the next quarter.
• Wednesday 25th - 10am - Sketch class - learn to work from a sketch.
• Saturday 28th - 1pm - COFFEE, CAKE & CREATE - 3 projects, 3 hours, $40!
• Tuesday 31st - 10am - Explosion Box.

Well, on that note, I'm off to see why it is so quiet in this house!!!

This is what 17 scrapbook layouts looks like!

I sat down tonight from 7.30pm - 10pm and created these for the bushfire appeal.

Some are super basic but seeing that these would be going out to people who have never seen scrapbooking before let alone heard of scrapbooking, I decided to keep the simple and easy.

PLEASE contribute to this VERY important cause.

I cannot imagine the heartache of losing a single photo of our Jessica let alone losing everything that I own.

Please - there are 20 more days left of this very special campaign.

As scrappers, one of the most important things we deal with on a daily basis are memories. Family memories, memories of loved ones, memories of holidays, birthdays, christenings, bbq’s and days at the beach. These families in Victoria have got no tangible evidence of their lives left. No family photos. No happy snaps. You can replace a fridge, but you can’t replace years of momentos.

In order to help out these family begin to put their lives back together I have started a scrapbooking plan - called “MEMORY GIFTS”.

Quite simply, I ask each and every one of you who read this blog to donate a 12 x 12inch almost completed scrapbook LO to the “Memory Gifts” program. Each page will be sent to me. I will collect them and bind them, then hand them over to the head of Pastoral Care for the Victorian Catholic Education Office, Maria Kirkwood in Melbourne. It will not be just Catholic families benefiting, it will be anyone who needs it. The albums will then be distributed to the principals of the 4 schools that burned down, who will know exactly who to give them to.

Each family devastated by fire will be (in time) given album pages to help them begin their memories again. Those families can then approach their own families for copies of photos to put into the albums, or simply start putting in fresh memories.

Ladies - I think this is really important.

Jane has kindly made the shop a drop off point for pages and I encourage you ALL to do at least 2 pages to help this cause. I've started! I've done 2 simple pages.

and his wonderful partner Michelle. 8 pound 10. All healthy.

Two pages in one day AND a clean scrap area!

Took me an hour but I cleaned up and it looks 110% better!

But in other news.... since joining Curves on Jan 29th, I have dropped 2kg!! Bit happy with myself!
